CAMEL mit Mirage

17 - Entstanden ist CAMEL als Peter Bardens zu der Band THE BREW kam, die aus Andrew Latimer, Andy Ward and Doug Ferguson bestand.
CAMEL hatte ihren ersten großen Auftritt mit der Band Wishbone Ash.
1972 brachte die Band ihr erstes Album Camel heraus, das allerdings kein Erfolg war.
1974 kam dann, nach einem Wechsel des Labels, das zweite Album Mirage (Fata Morgana, Illusion) heraus, das ich heute spiele.
CAMEL wird der Musikrichtung Progressive-Rock zugeordnet.
