Patti Smith - Horses

28 - Patti Smith ist sehr vielseitig begabt. Sie ist Punk- Rock Musikerin, Fotografin, Malerin, Lyrikerin und setzt sich für verscheidene Projekte ein. Geboren wurde sie am 30.12.1946 in Chicago als Patricia Lee Smith.
Das Label ARISTA hat ihre ersten 5 Alben überarbeitet und als ORIGINAL ALBUM CLASSIC Box herausgebracht. In den nächsten Sendungen von Älles am Schdugg werde ich diese Alben alle nacheinander spielen.
Das heutige Album HORSES ist ihr Deput Album das sie 1975 veröffentlichte und beinhaltet eine Mischung aus Rock und Dichtung / Poesie. Auf dem Album sind einige Lieder bereits in einem punkartigen Stiel gesungen und das zu einer Zeit als die Punkszene in New York gerade im entstehen war. Deshalb wird Patti Smith auch die Godmuther of Punk also die Taufpatin des Punk genannt. An dem Bonus Track MY GENERATION von THE WHO kann man den Punk schön hören. Dieses Lied spielte Patti Smith immer als Set Closer auf ihren Konzerten.
In der nächsten Sendung in zwei Wochen geht es weiter mit der LP Radio Ethiopia.

Wozu ist ein Mensch in der Lage? In einem Experiment soll die Extremsituation eines Gefängnisses getestet werden. Die Einteilung der 20 Probanden in Wärter und Gefangene verläuft zufällig, die Regeln sind einfach. Die Häftlinge sollen gehorchen, die Wärter sollen für Ordnung sorgen. Tarek, ein Gefängnisinsasse, zeigt sich als Provokateur. Dies führt zur Eskalation des Rollenspiels, dem auch die Wissenschaftler bald machtlos ausgeliefert sind.
