41 - Laurie Anderson ist eine sehr vielseitge Künstlerin. Sie ist experimentelle Performance Künstlerin, Komponistin, Musikerin, spielt Violine, Keyboard und singt in verschiedenen experimentellen Musik und Pop Art Stücken mit. Ihre Künstler Karriere startete sie als Bildhauerin. Ab den späten 1960'er Jahren hielt sie viele Kunst Performances und 1982 brachte sie ihr erstes Studio Album "Big Science" heraus. Laurie Anderson gilt als Pionierin der elektronischen Musik und hat mehrere Musikinstrumente entwickelt.
Die heute gespielte CD "HOME OF THE BRAVE" wurde 1986 veröffentlicht und wird beschrieben als avantgardistische, experimentelle Pop Musik.
